The Administrators and Moderators of the HVACPROTech® TechTalk ®Forums adhere to a strict Zero Tolerance Policy with respect to the enforcement of the Terms of Service (TOS) Policies setforth in this document. Any violation of a single TOS paragraph will result in the swift and immediate removal of both the post/article and the author of the post.

I. Posts, articles, images (including avatars), post content and links that are deemed to be pornographic, obscene, offensive or of an adult nature are expressly prohibited.
II. Excessive profanity is prohibited.
III. HVACPROTech® TechTalk® Administrators acknowledge and recognize the importance of compliance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA). Therefore Forum software provides support for COPPA during registration.
IV. Spam, the promotion of Spam or Spam initiated to promote this or any other Forum is strictly prohibited.
V. Child or underage content of a sexual nature will be reported and aggressively pursued to local, State and Federal authorities.
VI. Flaming in any form including racial or ethnic slurs is expressly prohibited.
VII. This Forum does not support the open discussion of pricing nor does it allow explicit step by step detailed troubleshooting, installation, diagnosis instructions to users of the Forum not accepted as a trade brother.
VIII. Professional conduct is expected from each user of this Forum at all times. Differences in technique, methods and practices is a common thread throughout our industry, although it is encouraged to share these differences, derogitory comments of any kind whether it is a difference of opinion or a difference in education will not be tolerated.
IX.Decisions made by Moderators with respect to posts, or recommendations to ban members from the Forum are supported by the Forum Administrators with little room for exception. The decision of any of the Forum Administrators is considered final and without mechanism to appeal.

The paragraphs included in the initial edition of the TOS may be expanded, or edited as deemed appropriate by the site Administrators. Additions to the TOS may be made at anytime without prior knowledge of users of the Forum.

TOS Edits [05.22/2008]

Para. I Has been amended to allow the creation of the AHC (After Hours Club). This amendment does not permit pornography and/or obsene material. However, material that is typically considered adult, is permitted in the AHC. For this reason access to the AHC is limited to those members who specifically request access.

Para. VII Has been amended in conjunction with our revision to our original Charter that excludes access to these boards to any individual(s) not involved in the trade. Para. VII articles that prohibitied explicit troubleshooting procedures as well as discussion of costs has been striken from our TOS.
